Verde Architects
Verde had strong work and a site that shrank it into little tiles. We flipped that.

Verde needed room to breathe.
Architectural photography is unforgiving. It either has space to work or it does not, and their old site gave it none. Large-format images had to stay sharp at every breakpoint without punishing load times, and the practice wanted to add projects without calling a developer.

●What we did
We treated the page as architecture.
A strict grid, deliberate negative space, and transitions timed to the pace of walking through a building rather than clicking through a site. Photography runs edge to edge with no captions competing for attention. Project information arrives only when asked for.
●What we learned
Restraint is the interface.
Every element that was not a photograph had to justify its existence on the page. Most of them could not. Publishing a new project is now a five-minute task the practice does themselves.
