●Case Study
Forge Motors
Forge sells hand-built machines. The site had to feel just as deliberate.

●The problem
Forge needed weight.
Two hundred valid builds and dozens of incompatible pairings meant the interface had to guide without ever dead-ending. Done badly, a configurator with that many options becomes a spreadsheet.
●The problem
Services
- Web Development,
- Motion,
- Art Direction

●What we did
The interface behaves like the object.
Every interaction carries mass: dropdowns settle, components lock into place, and the price counter rolls rather than jumps. Nothing snaps. Incompatible options dim rather than disappear, so the shape of the constraint stays legible.

●What we learned
Motion can carry a brand.
Motion curves were derived from the actual mass of each component group, not from a preset. Configuration completion rose sharply once the interface started behaving like the machine it was selling.
