●Case Study
Orbit Labs
Orbit grew fast and its products drifted apart. We pulled them back together mid-flight.

●The problem
Orbit needed one language.
React, Vue, and a static site generator meant one visual language and three implementations. The audience reads source, so anything decorative and unjustified would be noticed. And the rollout had to be incremental, with old and new coexisting for months.
●The problem
Services
- UX/UI,
- Design System,
- Motion,
- Development

●What we did
The system ships as code.
Tokens are the contract, published as a package all three stacks consume, so a change lands everywhere at once. Each surface adopted it incrementally behind a flag, which let the migration run for months without a single feature freeze.

●What we learned
Fragmentation is organisational.
Unifying three products built by three teams over four years was never really a design problem. Documentation density was solved with a strict vertical rhythm shared by prose, tables, and code.
